  • Transformation Readiness — For organizations assessing where they are and what it will take to change. Diagnostic-led, full-day format.
  • Human Before the Loop — A deep-dive into the HB4L governance framework for CDOs, CAIOs, and transformation leads. Based on the published handbook.

Workshops are available in English, Dutch, and German. They can be delivered on-site or remotely, and can be adapted for executive teams, management layers, or cross-functional groups.
